Williamarris-b. about 1629, Henrico Co., VA; d.1678, Henrico Co., VA. Son of Capt. Thomas Harris and Joane. Will probated Feb 1, 1678, Henrico Co., VA. He was a member of the House of Burgesses 1652-53 and 1656-1658, and was appointed Major of the Regiment of Henrico and Charles City in Dec. 1656. Married first about 1648 Lucy Steward (name uncertain, and also reported as Lucy Day), by whom he had forur children.
